[Talk-us] Name tag on unnamed, but numbered routes

I think out of all this discussion, we can probably agree that a name:addr is a good idea. It also has the benefit to solve for the auto complete in editors for addresses along numbered routes without a corresponding name or an official name that doesn't match its address name. It feels strange putting US XX in an address field because that's not the postal address you'd give online, and validators have issues with the postal address as well
