 Thank you Brian, I agree that "the preponderance of usage" should be the
most important factor to consider. "openness" of a platform is irrelevant
if only a few fans use it. After all, IRC is by far more open, yet it has
just a tiny fraction of active users compared with a closed platform like
Slack.
