To further refine Steve's request, there is a suggestion that there now is a paved path starting at CR 215 labeled the Palatka-Lake Butler State Trail.  That is how it is labeled in OSM.  Other sources suggest this trail may not be paved until Carraway Church Rd./Wilson St., about 7 miles NW of CR 215.  Clarity is desired!

Is anybody aware of any "newer" bicycle infrastructure (asphalt-pavement cycleway, crossings, paint markings, lanes, signs...) around Palatka, Florida?  North of Palatka Airport and east to the train station as you cross US 12 and Florida state route 19.  The "Florida 100 / Reid Street improvements of the Palatka-Lake Butler State Trail," by which the project may be known, "Airport Eastward."

A touch-up of what's up (into OSM) is appreciated.  Infrastructure elements, route elements, whatever you know.  Thank you.
