Though highway=residential and highway=unclassified have the same meaning
in practice (at least in any use that I have seen), so difference is tiny

> They certainly aren't residential areas. While I now accept that highway=residential doesn't have anything to do with residential neighborhoods, I'd be happy to see highway classification made clearer. highway=street would definitely fix that problem.
