[Talk-us] New bike trail in Citrus County, Florida?

Does anybody know of a new bicycle trail under construction in Citrus County Florida that would bypass Citrus Springs Boulevard near US 41, connecting to the northern terminus of the Withlacoochee State Trail (Gulf Junction Trailhead)?

Perhaps there is an OSM mapper here who could either take a look "on the ground," provide a link to the trail alignment, or (to really add frosting and a cherry on top), enter this into OSM.
