[Talk-us] New York building footprint mechanical edit - launched with wrong user name

This is just an informative message that when I launched the edit today, I
inadvertently started it with an OAuth token corresponding to my own user
ID (ke9tv) rather than the dedicated import user ke9tv_NYbuildings_repair,
and the edit ran for several hours importing as me rather than the import
user.

The import changesets are still readily distinguishable by the log messages
(which begins 'ke9tv NYbuildings repair'), the `description` tag (which
contains a link to
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mechanical_edits/ke9tv_NYbuildings_repair)
and the `source` tag (which contains the constant `select_changesets.tcl
build-35-gc2f981f https://github.com/kennykb/NYbuildings_repair`,
identifying the script, version, and repository).

I earnestly hope that this goof will not cause too much confusion moving
forward.

The good news is that I show just over 59,000 corrupted address points
after today's runs, down from over 130,000, so it won't be too long before
the defective import is mostly corrected.
