[Talk-us] Delete "Contiguous United States"?

The tagging used on the New England polygon is place=region, with no
boundary tag:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/9660059

Conveniently, these are usable as areas in overpass turbo, so you can do
queries like "all ice cream shops in New England".
