While the different shields for toll roads would be a nice touch, I agree
with the suggestion that toll roads be rendered in a different color from
their free counterparts. For maximum intuitiveness, that different color
should be green, matching what has long been the most common practice among
makers of American road atlases (presumably because US cash is green).
