[Talk-us] New trail in Minnesota

If you know of the Perham to Pelican Rapids Regional Trail in Minnesota, entry into OSM is appreciated.  It is under construction or nearly done, somewhere around there.  Much of it or all of it (a contiguous segment, anyway) is likely highway=cycleway.  How might it all hook up for a cyclist at the dam around US 59 / MN 108 at 1st Avenue Northwest?  Local knowledge welcome!
