Hi,

an employee of East Bay Regional Park District has requested the removal 
of some sensitive information from the map in

https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/120233190

- they added note tags to the objects which is an unusual form of 
messaging, but kudos to them for not removing the data outright.

It would be good if the community could form an opinion on whether this 
data is sensitive enough to be removed, or whether some form of access 
tagging might suffice.

I will inform them that I have raised the matter here.
