[Talk-us] Mass retagging for CPKC railroad merger

The merger of the Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern railways is a
done deal. The newly-merged railroad is now known as Canadian Pacific
Kansas City Limited, or CPKC for short. Trackage belonging to this company
will need to be retagged accordingly.

If there aren't any objections in the next 24 hours, I'll go ahead and
change operator="Canadian Pacific Railway" and operator="Kansas City
Southern Railway" to operator=CPKC across the United States.
