[Talk-vi] Help reviewing the translation of the Press Release

Hi all, Sarah Maley from Cloudmade has helped us writing a Press Release for
our Hanoi Mapping Party,

Thanh  Le Viet has helped us to translate to vietnamese and we giving a time
for you guys to review it and correct any typos (in english and vietnamese)
