[OSM-Talk-ZA] Military Base near Somerset West Mall

Hey Grant,

There is a military base somewhere in that area - on one of the N2 exits 
there's a sign for 12th infantry battalion or something like that. I 
don't know if the base is at the location you've indicated, though.
