Same thing.

It's not that I'm worried about reading the article, it's just that I
presume that if it doesn't work for me, there are others that have
similar problems.

Also I wouldn't mind knowing what causes it. Proxy concerns? Is my ISP
(xdslnet) blacklisted? Or badly configured?
