[OSM-Talk-ZA] OSM path editing

Hallo again,

would like some advice on editing the OSM map.
Some train station are too far from a street for the routing engine to add
it to the routing graph successfully.

Can I simple trace the walkways of the Bing satellite image in potlach?
What is the correct type path for these pathways? Generic Path?
I have try my luck at Eatonside Station (Adding two walkways):
