[OSM-Talk-ZA] M1 looks weird

I picked this up 2 or 3 months ago and was also wondering where to
start. I picked it up because a routing failure. The history also
looked quite old although not sure I was reading that correctly.

It does look like duplicates and it is quite extensive on the M1.
