Other methods too ;-) ... Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc come to mind.
All have been messaged previously by the Licensing Working Group
asking them to relicense.

Sorry, I am not being very helpful... Under pressure, I am part of the
OSM sysadmin team and we are preparing for a major setup upgrade on
Sunday.
