[OSM-Talk-ZA] Some elaborate fantasy/ proposed changes added

I also noticed the suspicious edits made by this user.
I sent the user a message more than a week ago to enquire about the
validity of the edits, but no response as of yet.
I have removed ways 217747978 & 217759020 as I know for a fact they do not
exist (been past there twice recently). I don't have enough on the ground
knowledge to fix the other suspicious ways, but I'm fairly sure most edits
made by this user is incorrect and degrade the accuracy of the map.
Looking at the nature of the changes they are very creative, so I believe
that this is a case of wishful / imaginary mapping.
