[OSM-Talk-ZA] Pretoria R80 southern extension

Hi,

While I'm not familiar with the area, we could likely use the NGI
imagery to reconstruct the area (and tag with fixme=resurvey until
someone takes a GPS through).  The changeset was made a few months ago
so reverting it may well be more trouble than it's worth.

(Reminds me, I need to resurvey the N7 construction north of Cape Town
sometime...)
