[Openstreetmap] Genetic algorithm based feature extraction

Hi Folks

I've got this:
 http://www.genie.lanl.gov/ , 'sort of' working on a machine, probably need
slightly bigger than I have though.  It seems very well put together as
well.  I don't really have the image processing (or AI!) credentials to know
whether it will be viable for (for example) IKONOS images. It's more a
question of 'get one and try'...  Best regards Hugh
