[Openstreetmap] Test account user table lost

Hi,

Currently I do some measurements on my test server, mixing up the data
there and then.

As example I screwed about 5 people already signed up on the test server.

Since I got no error report since about the data upload (and tested
heavily by myself on the test server) I think it is now safe to use JOSM
for uploading stuff to the original OSM server (if you don't so that
already ;).
