The parallax error due to not knowing exactly which direction the
camera is potentially huge compared with any error due to the relative
position of the GPS and the camera. It's also a /really big job/ to
photograph the whole country from a light aircraft - or even any
significant area. In addition aren't there huge no-fly zones for light
aircraft? Significantly they'd be over cities.
