[Openstreetmap] Which CC Licence for Data-Sets?

I think the requirement to attribute the data at least to Openstreetmap
also promotes the idea and might attract others to share data.

I can't reach the creativecommons.org web page (Server Error),
but thats also my opinion

Right .. there had been too many law suites the last few years ...

We need to think about several licence questions:

- If someone shares data, he needs to know in advance, 
  under which licence the data is redistributed
- He has to state somehow that the data is free of the rights of others
  (Maybee it's sufficient to have a message like 
   "By uploading your data you state that ...")
- As stated the licence for distribution/redistribution
