You need a seperate field for speed limit.  Not all motorways have the 
same limit.

You should probably have that field be capable of taking a default 
(which for motorways would be 70) but which can be over-ridden.

Also consider that the speed limit is different on dual carriageways and 
single carriageways, and for different types of vehicle.
