It has taken a few hours.  But Trondheim is made by Magne Mahre, Magne
on IRC.

Yeah.  Great progress have been made.  I believe the map is good
enough now to use it as a background map for useful information like
wifi zones or location of bars.  I hope the GUI to add such
information is working soon.

And I really would love to have some feature extraction software
available to make it quicker to draw up the roads.  As you can see in
the applet, I've uploaded _a lot_ of GPS points, but it is only a
fraction of the available data.  I've uploaded two month of the 1.5
year of data I got from the taxi driver.  I'm afraid to upload any
more, as I suspect it will overload the server.
