[Openstreetmap] Legalities of using Landsat,SRTM,DCW,VMAP

Hello there,
 
If I want to publish a map using the above four sources all free:
 
- Landsat 7 ETM GLCF free imagery
- SRTM DEM 90m res data from the same site
- DCW - 1991 data for Germany. Useful for railways etc
- VMAP - Level 0 declassified for Europe and free to use.
 
Tool:
 
- Mapserver - free from UMN.
 
Can anyone tell me if this is freely allowed?
