[Openstreetmap] FAQ

Hi everyone,

I'm beginning to spend a fair amount of time fielding questions from
people along the lines of 'I can print out a map from maps.google.com
why don't you do that?'

So, I've started a FAQ on the wiki and it looks like a fair amount of
material from at least the 'New To OpenStreetMap?' section could be
rolled in to that.
