 here are some more wishes for your osmeditor TODO
list :)
 gdImageStringFT/QString supports utf-8 strings,
 so it makes sense to replace the char * parameter
 of drawAngleText()/doDrawAngleText() to a unicode
 friendly type. The OSM header should also include an
 encoding="utf-8" token.
