[Openstreetmap] From Russia with logs

[Lars Aronsson]

Lately somebody has been adding large amounts of track logs from 
Russia, including St Petersburg, the surrounding area, and the 
road all the way to Murmansk.  I'm curious to learn who did this.
Is that person on this list?

Most of the logs are very good, probably sampled at 1 or 2 second 
intervals.  A few are very coarse.  Many roads run straight for 
very long.  Is that typical of Russia, or are these railroads?
