All the England & Wales sheets are there, though I don't have the 
Scottish ones.

Currently PDF ('Acrobat Image Touch-Up Format'), as returned by the 
scanning house. Photoshop Elements, for one, can convert into any 
format you like - I'm sure other applications are equally capable.

I think initially they'll be via FTP but yes, GeoTorrent seems like a 
good idea.

Redoing as JPEGs would be a good idea for accessibility. Once they're 
initially posted (a week or two, hopefully) I'll let you know!
