[Openstreetmap] Date error for trackpoints

i'm still testing the XMLRPC interface and noticed different timestamps
for up-/downloaded trackpoints
All downloaded points have a timestamp with one day less than
the timestamp in the uploaded GPX file

As an example:

i uploaded this point

<trkpt lat="49.8103055556" lon="8.51855555556">
  <ele>92.4239501953</ele>
  <time>2004-08-22T18:41:16Z</time>
</trkpt>

the matching point from the download is:
