[Openstreetmap] WMS: Quicker, more shiny and with a free pony

Hello,

Three WMS layers are now available from tile.openstreetmap.org
Documentation:

This means the applet now grabs a picture with gpx points plotted on top
instead of grabbing via XML-RPC. The static map no longer uses css
voodoo to layer two images on top of each other.

Oh, and anything on the tile server is cached server side for 24 hours.
