[Openstreetmap] GPX upload of spurious track points

My bad. Think it was a flight to Amsterdam.

I've almost finished re-writing the gpx upload code. It's in ruby and
uploads your gpx in the background, not tying up your browser when
inserting or deleting 50,000 points.

It needs a little polishing, but should be up tomorrow.
