most errors i've seen so far are mis-spellings
ex. ADAC Stadtplan Köln (paper map):
Several times "Deutz-Mühlheimer-Straße"
Right spelling "Deutz-Mülheimer-Straße"
(Deutz/Mülheim are City districts)
The spelling in the index is right



or street names that continue over crossings

on example: Steubenplatz/Darmstadt
Here no map publisher seems to know the street names
