[Openstreetmap] A Canadian license - your opinion?

Hi all,
I know this isn't a standard license in the sense of CCL, etc. but I was 
wondering what you thought of it:

The only "problem" I see are those nebulous terms of breached this and that 
and what a derived work is.  Would you think this data license could allow me 
to incorporate the dataset into something like openstreetmap, or would the 
nigglies in the license make it unpalatable?
