[OSM-talk] Freemap renderer update

One or two updates to the Freemap countryside-orientated OSM renderer at
http://nick.dev.openstreetmap.org:

- A path reporting feature has been added. The idea of this is to allow users
to report problems on rights of way such as overgrown paths, bogs or
barbed-wire fences, or simply to recommend particularly interesting paths to
other users e.g. paths which have a good view. To use, select "Path report",
click on a path and add a comment. To query a path, just click on it in the
default mode. I have annotated a few paths in Freemap's default location
already (try the ones east of Fridays Hill for example)

- better distinction between segments and ways. Ways are shown fully rendered.
Un-wayed segments are now just shown as thin grey lines. When I've imported
the new planet (thanks Steve!) I may well (for the sake of simplicity of the
configuration file) stop supporting the old "class" scheme and only render
ways tagged with the Map Features scheme.

Coming soon: users will be able to contribute their own walk routes to share
with other users.

Nick
