Yes that was the reason i specified no two nodes with all tag the same. If you 
want to insert two nodes with different tags thats fine and should work.

I would only try to delete one of those nodes which both have no tags and one 
of them mostly isn't even connected.
Or those which create the exact same segment only by using different nodes but 
both nodes are duplicates to other nodes.
