[OSM-talk] Update to osm.xml - heaths, peaks, masts

Have now added rendering for heaths (light yellow, because of the sand...) to 
the OSM SVN copy of osm.xml, as well as peaks and masts (communication 
towers; man_made=mast). Due to the latter I have added man_made to 
osm2pgsql.c.

The icons necessary for peaks and masts (the latter from the OSM SVN 
collection) can be found in my home directory on dev or
