In your tilesGen.pl scripts, there is a line 
  DownloadFile(
    "http://osmathome.bandnet.org/Requests/", 

If you replace that URL with:
  http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Requests/

then it will download requests from the new OpenStreetMap dev server

Tiles are visible at:
  http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Browse/

Existing tiles will be copied-over from the bandnet server in due course, but 
it will take a while before the dev server holds enough tiles to be usable as 
a primary source for map data.
