Yes, that would be nice.  We can either create our own, or reuse an
existing one.  I believe we will save us a lot of paperwork if we can
use an existing one.  I have good working relations with two
foundations here in Norway, The NUUG Foundation[1] and SLX Debian
Labs[2], and suspect both can be willing to act as collecting points
for this project.  I also suspect Software in the Public Interest[3]
and the new Open Source Geospatial Foundation[4] might be good fit for
us.
