I thought even Macintosh now ships mouses with two mouse buttons?

How do macintosh user uses applications with actions on two mouse button
currently? Are there some kind of mapping the right button of Intel-Mouses
to some key+mouse click on mac?

Of course, I don't want to exclude mac users. But I am one of these
arrogant, stubborn people who believe software which uses fewer than 5
different mouse button modes (real buttons plus modifiers with keys)
aren't complex enough to be considered "cool"! ;-)
