[OSM-talk] dev/landsat machine down

The machine hosting landsat tiles and dev accounts has gone down. Steve won't be able to physically check it out until tomorrow.

The biggest result will be lack of landsat backgrounds on new slipply map tiles, and editor tiles.

If things don't look better by tomorrow morning, I'll reconfigure tiles to request landsat tiles directly from OnEarth, rather than through the cache on dev.
