I drew this :)

I just want to point out that Champs Elysee is just 2 lanes up and 2 
lanes down, without separation. (but it has huge sidewalks)


(Ok, it's a bit pity that currently it appear smaller on OSM than a 
minor road with the 2 lanes separated)
