In my opinion, keep at least one field that gives some quality
indication. It could be a simple fix type enumeration with possible
values of gps/unknown, dgps, sbas, estimated, etc. And it would be nice
if these were displayed on the map with different colors/shades, so you
could better judge the accuracy of each trackpoint by eye on the map editor.
In the long run it would be nice to be able to assign street numbering
as well (which side of street are even/odd, where the numbering starts,
is it purely distance based or not, etc). And if in some point of time
one wanted to create a routable map, you'd need one/two-way information,
turning restrictions, road (speed) classes.. A really good one would
also include metadata on bridges (maximum underpass height or maximum
total/axle weight on bridge, etc) and other road features.
