This is where it should clearly state that the file was 
reconstructed, because it will never be the same as the original 
one.  Some source files contain XML comments stating the ownership 
or intentions.  Some files contain attributes or tags that were 
thrown away at the import.  I suppose the database uses binary 
floating point format, which will have created rounding errors 
upon import.  In the original source file
lat="58.400" is very different from lat="58.4",
but the reconstructed file might say something like
lat="58.400000" or even lat="58.400001".
