[Openstreetmap] Putting the O in OSM

Hi

I've become the choke point on a couple of things, what with all the
other bits. So to speed things up:

Would anyone (Nick?) like to be the dev server co-sysadmin? Need
extensive knowledge of Debian and will handle dev account requests and
keep the box looking approximately looking like the live machine(s) and
securing it.

Would anyone like to be co mailing list(s) maintainer? Duties include
periodically removing all the spam and allowing through the odd message
where people arn't actually subscribed to the list. Mailman experience a
bonus, but it's a pretty web interface you can pick up quickly.
