All ways from the planet dump are now included in the renderer. Also,
I've fixed a couple errors in the osm2gml script -- specifically, keys
with spaces in them and keys with colons no longer break the WFS server,
so you can do queries again. I've also fixed a bug that was preventing
multiple-way WFS results from being displayed. 

Next on the list is a way-attribute editor, then a switch to a mercator
projection later this week, once I get a decent mercator basemap set up.
