Well, actually the last planet-dump even included timestamps for ways.
When will a dump including timestamps be available? Can I help to shorten
the time?

Wouldn't it then be much faster if you include the history? If you provide
me with a history-enriched planet-dump, I will provide the history-less
version for those not interested.
