[OSM-talk] problems - Wiki file upload

I seem to be having problems uploading images to the wiki.

Error message returned is:

"Upload error

The file you uploaded seems to be empty. This might be due to a typo in the 
file name. Please check whether you really want to upload this file."

I've even tried uploading images that previously uploaded OK, and I still 
get the same message.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
