It may be obvious to you, but unfortunately it might not obvious to
everyone.  Time and time again we see legal action initiated with no
regard for common sense.  This would shut OpenStreetMap down, possibly
forever, if it were to happen whilst Steve is the single point of
failure.

If OSMF doesn't solve these problems then I'm sorry for misleading
people.  I really think it will though.
